The Mistake: Trying To Achieve Every Goal Imaginable
One destructive habit is trying to get everything done.
This ranges from the smallest, unimportant task, to the most important.
If you can’t get what you want done now, adding to your list won’t help.
But that’s not to say you can’t complete your most important tasks.
There’s a big difference than doing what needs doing, to doing what you want to do.
That’s the first element you need to remember; do what needs to be done. This will strip hours off your routine before you’ve even began!
With this tactic, it will also make you more successful.
Because you’re doing the tasks not everyone even attempts.
For example, picking up the phone to a potential customer: It might be an essential business component but not everyone does it.
The second part of this tip is organisation.
The Art Of Prioritising
When you know what you need to do, put these tasks at the top of your itinerary.
These are the tasks that you have to complete. Remain from adding unimportant tasks, as you can become easily distracted.
If you complete your important tasks, you can then move onto your other objectives.
This way you can be sure that you’re completing your essential tasks.
You will feel driven, time aware and focused on your goals.
